Letter to Family and Friends

Dear friends and family,
Well, we made it! We are at the end of 2020 and look with hope into 2021. With the release of the new vaccine, we are hopeful for an end to the pandemic and an opportunity to get back to life as we know it. Looking back on this year, we have so much to be thankful for. First and foremost, we are grateful to you, our wonderful patients, who have trusted us to care for you and your families during these uncertain times. We are honored to have had the opportunity to provide you and your families with outstanding dental care. We realize that good oral health has a direct impact on overall health, and in this time of COVID, we are thrilled to help keep you healthy and free of oral disease.
We are beyond thankful to our fabulous dental team.  After the mandated shutdown, our office returned to practice with 100% of our staff ready, willing and excited to “get back to work.”  These ladies have gone above and beyond to ensure our patients’ safety and comfort. They have worked extra hours in order to get every patient rescheduled and treated. They have supported one another through this very stressful time. Our Lowitz and Meier family is one-of-a-kind and we know it!
Along with the many changes in 2020, our office building underwent changes as well.  In the middle of the craziness of closing and reopening, we managed to complete our office renovations. We are excited about our new space! In our new addition, we have added four new dental treatment rooms, doubled the size of our waiting room and parking lot, created a separate sterilization and working dental laboratory and added a patient consultation area. In addition, we updated paint colors, cabinetry, lighting and flooring in our existing space. This fresh, new area has provided our patients and staff with a welcoming and warm environment.
We also have changes in our office staff. We have a new face in the office.  We are happy to add our newest hygienist, Amanda, to our dental family. She, along with Stacey, Susan, Debby, Jenny and Trista will be sure to keep your teeth shiny and your gums healthy in the new year!  As we welcome new staff, we are also saying goodbye to Dr. Cronley. Beginning in January, Dr. Cronley is moving on from Lowitz and Meier. He has decided to take a position that is closer to his family in a smaller office on the East side of town. Although we are sad to see him go, we wish him the best of luck in his new position. Dr. Cronley’s patients will still be seen by their normal hygienist and, for the time being, and any needed dental treatment will be provided by one of us. We hope to make this transition as easy as possible and we are currently searching for the perfect dentist to come into our practice and be our partner.
Heading into 2021, it is our promise to continue to provide you with a safe, comfortable place to call your dental home. We greatly appreciate your trust, friendship and commitment to your oral health. We wish you a safe and happy holiday and look forward to a bright new year!
